What's included in a WagLee dog walk?

Accepted Answer

Collection from your home, a full walk at the length you've booked, fresh water and a towel-down if needed, and a message letting you know how it went. Nothing rushed, nothing generic.

What's the difference between the Wonder Walks and Wacky Walks packages?

Accepted Answer

Wonder Walks is a one-hour group walk at £25. Wacky Walks is the longer 90-minute version at £30, giving more time for a proper countryside route rather than a lap around the block.

Do you walk dogs off the lead?

Accepted Answer

Only with dogs that have reliable recall and where the owner is comfortable with it. This is always discussed and agreed before the first walk — never assumed.

What happens in bad weather?

Accepted Answer

Walks continue in most weather conditions. However, in extreme weather such as snow, ice or heatwaves, your dog's safety always comes first. If we need to alter walk times, shorten walks or postpone them, we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the best option.

Do you walk puppies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with shorter, appropriately-paced walks suited to a puppy's age and vaccination stage — see the Puppy Visits and Pop-Ins page for more on this specifically.

Can you walk two dogs from the same household together?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and multi-dog bookings from the same household are discounted — ask when you enquire.

Question 7

Is there a contract or can I book as and when?

Accepted Answer

Both options exist. Regular weekly slots suit most clients, but one-off and ad hoc bookings are welcome when there's availability.

What if I need to cancel a walk?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made before Sunday for the following week's walks are free of charge. Cancellations made after Sunday will be charged at 50%. Same-day cancellations are charged at 100%.
