WagLee was founded by Juliet Lee in 2016, after 22 years teaching PE and wanting a job that fitted around her family and let her spend her days outdoors. Shane joined the business after retiring as a Chief Inspector in City of London Police, and now works alongside Juliet, bringing the same reliability, professionalism and trustworthiness that defined his policing career. What began as one dog walker in West Malling has grown into a husband-and-wife-run service trusted by families across the town and the surrounding villages
